Orion Sports Medicine offers 2 types of group training for different populations.

Adult Group Fitness– These classes are for healthy adults who are ready for weight loss, strength gain, and overall increase in body functionality. All exercises and workouts are modifiable for all fitness levels and all ages over 18. If you’re ready to start training at any level, our Adult Group Fitness classes are for you!

Athlete Small Group Training– These sessions (2-5 athletes) are designed to take sports performance training to the next level with athletes. As an educational experience, these sessions will teach athletes how to perform core lifts like squats, deadlifts, and presses and how to approach training in any setting. Small Group Training sessions are tailored to fit the group’s sport, goals, and personalities.
